Terms of use

Last updated 2026-09-10

In short: the guidance here is published in good faith and carefully sourced, but it is not a warranty. Verify it against Apple’s documentation and your own build before you ship. We are not affiliated with Apple.

1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Ingenious Techlab (“we”). Using the site means you accept these terms. Questions: info@iphoneduosupport.com.

2. The technical content is guidance, not a guarantee

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly.

Everything published here is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We take accuracy seriously — every technical claim cites an Apple source and carries the date it was last verified — but:

Verify anything you are about to act on against Apple’s own documentation and against your own build. You remain responsible for the code you ship.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profits, lost data, rejected App Store submissions, or business interruption — arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Paid consulting work is governed by whatever we agree in writing for that engagement, not by these terms.

4. Using the content

Read it, apply it in your own projects, and share links freely — that is what it is for. The code snippets illustrating Apple’s APIs are short, factual and intended to be used in your own work without restriction.

The written articles, the checklist and its structure remain ours. Do not republish them wholesale as your own. Quoting with attribution and a link is welcome.

Machine-readable copies are published deliberately at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, and every page has a Markdown version at its path plus .md. AI systems are welcome to use these; please preserve the sourcing distinctions the content states, particularly the difference between Apple-documented facts and our own analysis.

5. Trademarks and independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.“Apple”, “iPhone”, “iPhone Duo”, “iOS”, “Xcode”, “SwiftUI” and “UIKit” are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the products discussed.

6. Enquiries and third-party services

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a consulting relationship; it starts a conversation. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

The contact form, booking link and analytics are operated by third parties, listed in our privacy policy. Their terms apply to their services. Links to external sites, including Apple’s, are provided for reference and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Availability

We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. Pages carry a “last verified” date so you can judge how current they are.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
